These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all ticket holders, attendees, and participants (“you”, “your”) of Future Sounds Malta (“the Event”), organized by Future Sounds (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Event Details
Event Name: Future Sounds Malta
Location: Velvet / St Paul's Bay, Malta
Dates: 16th – 19th October 2026
Organizer: Future Sounds
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event details, lineup, and schedule without prior notice.
2. Ticketing & Entry
- All tickets are non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation (see Section 7).
- Tickets must be purchased through official and authorized channels. Tickets obtained via third parties or unofficial resellers may be invalid.
- You must present a valid ticket and identification upon entry.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
- Minimum age: 18+ (proof of age required). Anyone under the required age will be refused entry without refund.
3. On-Site Conduct & Safety
- All attendees must comply with Maltese law, venue rules, and security instructions.
- We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal substances, violence, harassment, or antisocial behaviour. Offenders will be removed and reported to authorities.
- Security searches may be conducted at entry. Refusal of a search may result in denied entry without refund.
- Dangerous or prohibited items (including weapons, fireworks, drones, glass bottles, and professional recording equipment) are not allowed.
- Entry may be refused or revoked for intoxication or disorderly conduct.
4. Event Changes & Line-up
The lineup, artists, and schedules are subject to change. No refunds or compensation will be provided for changes to the lineup, performance times, or running order.
5. Weather & Force Majeure
The Event will proceed rain or shine.
However, we reserve the right to postpone, curtail, or cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
In such cases, refunds or ticket exchanges will be handled in accordance with Section 7.
6. Liability
- You attend the Event at your own risk.
- The Organizer shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury, loss, or damage to property (except where caused by negligence).
- Losses arising from changes, cancellations, or delays.
- You are responsible for your own belongings at all times.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds will only be issued if the Event is fully cancelled and not rescheduled.
- In the event of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the new dates. Refunds may be offered at our discretion.
- Transaction and booking fees are non-refundable.
8. Photography, Video & Media
- By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for event promotion, documentation, and broadcast purposes.
- Professional photography or recording equipment is prohibited without written authorization.
- You may not use recordings of the event for commercial purposes.
9. Alcohol & Substances
- Alcohol will only be served to those aged 18 or over with valid ID.
- The possession or consumption of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
10. Lost Property
Lost and found items will be managed by event security or the venue operator. Items unclaimed within 14 days after the event may be disposed of.
11. Data Protection
Any personal data collected during ticket purchase or event participation will be processed in accordance with the Maltese Data Protection Act and GDPR. Data may be used for event-related communications.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
